De conformidad con lo establecido por la Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales, mi oficina inmobiliaria SERVICIOS INMOBILIARIOS LA SILLA con domicilio en Eugenio Garza Sada 1892 PB L1, Las Lomas en Monterrey Nuevo León, teléfono (81) 812 3552488, a quien en lo sucesivo se le denominará  “LA INMOBILIARIA”, podrá solicitar a los propietarios de inmuebles que contraten nuestros servicios para la promoción en venta o renta de sus inmuebles, los documentos e información personal a los titulares de los mismos, que enunciativa más no limitativamente se describen a continuación:

1. Deed of sale or property title stamped from the Public Registry of Property and Commerce.
2. Government-issued photo ID.
3. Marriage certificate (if applicable).
4. Property tax payment slip (last year paid or not)
5. Receipt of payment for water rights (last two months paid or not)
6. Electricity, telephone and maintenance bills.
7. Bank or commercial account statements (for ISR exemption purposes)
8. General data of the owner or co-owners such as name, age, nationality, marital status, occupation, address, home or cell phone, e-mail, and CURP. 
9. Any other required by the “REAL ESTATE ADVISOR” for the sale or rental of the property.. 

The information and copies of the documents indicated above will be kept by “THE REAL ESTATE ̈” who additionally undertakes not to reveal them to any outside person unless expressly authorized by the owner or when required by competent authority. The documents and information indicated above will only be used by “THE REAL ESTATE” for the purposes of carrying out a legal, fiscal and market diagnosis, promptly reporting any situation that could affect or hinder its free transmission or use, and for the purposes of the promotion for sale. or rent of said property. If the property sale/rental operation is carried out, “THE REAL ESTATE” with the prior express consent of the owner, may deliver such documents or personal information to the Credit Institution and/or Notary Public designated to carry out the procedures of the property deed, or to the real estate agencies with which we work in cooperation and the companies that provide ESCROW services.
